The marine department sets up posts of marine superintendent, ISM superintendent and safety
superintendent. They are working on the routing plan control, navigation guidance information supporting
of weather, sea conditions, navigation channels and ports typhoon and heavy weather resistance guidance
and monitoring supervision of the cargo stowage, storage, loading, discharging, hazardous and fluidity
cargo operation and safety inspection onboard. They are also responsible for the crew training,
interview, setting up joint exercise annual plans, etc.
